Standard Shipping: All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 working days after payment is received.

Next Day Shipping: For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 3PM (Mon–Fri).

Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the following working day.

Collection/Drop Off (East London Based): We also offer collection for local customers.

Carrier Drop Offs: If you’d prefer to arrange your own courier or ride service (e.g. Uber, Bolt, etc.), we’re happy to hand your order over to the driver on your behalf. Please ensure the ride is paid for in advance and contact us beforehand to confirm the pickup details.

Once confirmed, we’ll provide you with collection instructions.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
